精品论文 参考文献 探讨小儿暴发型心肌炎的临床护理体会 绥化市人民医院 152000 　　摘要：目的 研究分析小儿暴发型心肌炎的临床护理要点及护理体会。方法 此次研究的对象是选择我院2012年2月～2014年2月收治的暴发型心肌炎患儿60例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据按照数字列表法将其平均分为观察组与对照组，各30例，对照组患儿采用的护理方法为常规护理，观察组患儿在接受常规护理的基础上加行优质护理，对比两组患儿家属的护理满意度、并发症及死亡率。结果 观察组患儿接受治疗后，其家长的护理满意度明显优于对照组（Plt;0.05）。观察组患儿接受治疗后其并发症及死亡率明显小于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论 护理人员采用优质护理后，疗效明显提升，并且家长的护理满意度也有了明显的改善，推荐临床应用。 　　关键词：小儿暴发型心肌炎；临床护理；要点 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical nursing points and nursing experience of children with acute myocarditis.The object of this study is the method of our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were fulminant myocarditis in 60 cases，the retrospective analysis of the clinical data，and according to the law in accordance with the digital list is divided into observation group and control group，each of 30 cases，the control group were treated with nursing methods for routine nursing，observation group the children in the basis of routine nursing was accepted nursing quality，nursing satisfaction，complications and mortality were compared between the two groups of family members.Results after treatment，the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（Plt;0.05）.The complications and mortality of the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion the nursing staff adopt high quality nursing，the curative effect is improved obviously，and the nursing satisfaction of the parents also has the obvious improvement. 　　[Key words]children with acute myocarditis; clinical nursing; key points 　　作为一种病毒侵犯心脏所导致的心肌性病变，小儿暴发型心肌炎严重的影响着儿童的健康，如果不及时的采取有效的治疗措施，其患儿的生命就会面临严重的威胁[1]。 针对这种情况，我院对该病患儿在接受治疗期间施以了优质的护理服务，对患儿的病情进行了密切的观察，从而提高了疗效。同时针对临床经验找到了有效的护理措施及预防方法，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　将我院2012年2月～2014年2月收治的暴发型心肌炎患儿60例作为研究对象，根据随机数字列表法将其平均分为观察组与对照组，各30例。观察组中男12例，女18例；年龄3～7岁，平均年龄（5.12plusmn;1.01）岁。对照组中，男15例，女15例；年龄3～6岁，平均年龄（4.52plusmn;1.09）岁。住院时间6～23天，平均住院时间（15.02plusmn;2.11）天。两组患儿均经临床检查确诊为暴发型心肌炎，主要的症状有发热、肌痛、皮疹、腹
