精品论文 参考文献 探讨小儿消化不良性腹泻病临床观察 大庆油田总医院 163000 【摘 要】目的：研究并探讨小儿消化不良性腹泻病临床治疗效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选取了2013年10月-2014年10月期间入住我院接受治疗的44例小儿消化不良性腹泻病患者。将其临床治疗的回顾性分析。为患者小儿消化不良性腹泻病患者进行中西医结合治疗，观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果：在44例小儿消化不良性腹泻病患者中，治愈的患者为26例，占总人数的59.09%，有效的患者为16例，占总人数的36.36%，无效的患者为2例，占总人数的4.55%，总有效率为95.45%。治愈的患者数量较多，治疗的效果较为理想。结论：中西医结合的治疗方式能够有效缓解小儿消化不良性腹泻病症状，对于小儿患者的康复具有积极的影响，值得在临床治疗中广泛推广和应用。 【关键词】小儿消化不良；消化不良性腹泻病 Abstract： Objective： To study and discuss the clinical effect of treatment of children with diarrhea.Methods： the object of this study was to select 44 cases of children who were admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to October in our hospital for treatment of cases of children with diarrhea.Retrospective analysis of the clinical treatment.To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese and Western medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with diarrhea.Results： in 44 cases of infantile diarrhea in patients with poor digestion，cure in 26 cases，accounting for 59.09% of the total number，effective in 16 cases，accounting for 36.36% of the total number，invalid in 2 cases，accounting for 4.55% of the total number，the total effective rate was 95.45%.Cure the number of patients，the treatment effect is more ideal.Conclusion： the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment can effectively alleviate the symptoms of children with diarrhea，and has a positive impact on the rehabilitation of children，it is worth to be widely used in clinical treatment.
