精品论文 参考文献 探讨小儿肺炎的护理体会 黑龙江省鹤岗市向阳区中医院 154100 摘要：目的：研究分析130例小儿肺炎护理体会以及护理效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选择2012年6月-2013年6月收住的130例小儿肺炎患儿。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并按照随机数字表法分对照组和观察组，每组65例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理干预，综合护理干预包括饮食护理干预、心理护理干预、用药护理干预和发热护理干预。结果：观察组总有效率为95.38%，对照组为70.77%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：对小儿肺炎患者给予综合护理干预，可以提高患儿治疗有效率，缩短住院时间，值得在临床中推广应用。 关键词：小儿肺炎；护理 [Abstract] Objective：To study and analyze the nursing experience and nursing effect of 130 cases of pneumonia in children. Methods：the object of this study was to select 130 children with pneumonia admitted in June，June 2012，. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table，65 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing，the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention including diet nursing intervention，psychological nursing，medication nursing intervention and fever nursing intervention. Results：the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.38%，and the control group was 70.77%. There was significant difference between the two groups（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion：the comprehensive nursing intervention for children with pneumonia can improve the efficiency of treatment，shorten the hospital stay，it is worth to be popularized in clinical application. [Key words] pneumonia in children；nursing 小儿肺炎是由各种不同病原体及其他因素所引起的疾病，其发病率较高、起病较急，且同时可伴发其他系统疾病而使病情加重、病死率较高。小儿肺炎是儿科临床中较为常见的疾病，四季均易发作，季节交替的时候发生较多。小儿肺炎若治疗不彻底，容易反复发作，会严重影响患儿的发育，小儿肺炎临床表现主要为咳嗽、发热。本文选取2012年6月-2013年6月收住的130例小儿肺炎患儿，经过对症治疗和护理，均取得了满意的效果，现将护理体会报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取笔者所在医院2012年6月-2013年6月收住的130例小儿肺炎患儿。其中男76例，女54例；年龄1～14岁，平均（7.5plusmn;3.5）岁。所有患儿均因咳嗽、气促发热就诊。肺部啰音患儿86例。经实验室检查：白细胞计数（4～10）times;109/L 19例，gt;10times;109/L 111例。经X线胸片检查，123例患儿显示双肺可见肺纹理增粗或有不同程度的斑片状阴影。所有患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。两组患儿年龄、性别等一般资料比较差异均无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05），具有可比性。所有130例患儿均符合《诸福棠实用儿科学》小儿肺
