精品论文 参考文献 探讨小儿脑瘫康复运动疗法的应用及其临床观察 1大庆油田总医院 163001；2哈尔滨儿童医院康复科 150001 【摘 要】目的：研究分析小儿脑瘫康复运动疗法的应用及临床疗效观察。方法：此次研究的对象是选取2014年6月至2015年2月本院儿科接治的100例脑瘫患儿，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并经过患儿家属的允许之后，将100例患儿随机平均分成两组，观察组50例，对照组50例，对对照组中的小儿脑瘫患儿采用常规疗法进行治疗，对观察组中的小儿脑瘫患儿采用运动疗法进行治疗，并对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患儿的总治疗有效率为96%，对照组患儿的总治疗有效率为80%，观察组患儿的整体治疗效果要比对照组患儿的整体治疗效果更为显著。结论：研究数据显示，对小儿脑瘫患儿采用运动疗法进行治疗，不仅能够提高小儿脑瘫患儿的临床治疗效果，还能有效地帮???小儿脑瘫患儿提高生活质量。 　　【关键词】小儿脑瘫康复；运动疗法；应用；效果观察 　　[Abstract] Objective：To study the application and clinical effect of rehabilitation exercise therapy in children with cerebral palsy. Methods：the study object is selected in June 2014 to 2015 February of Pediatrics in our hospital received treatment of 100 cases of children with cerebral palsy，the clinical data were retrospective analysis，and after the families of children with permission，100 cases of children were randomly divided into two groups to observe group（50 cases），50 cases in the control group，to the control group of children with cerebral palsy with conventional therapy，the observation group of children with cerebral palsy with exercise therapy for treatment of，and compared between the two groups of children with clinical therapeutic effect. Results：the total effective rate of the observation group was 96%，the total treatment effective rate of the control group was 80%，the overall treatment effect of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group. Conclusion：research data show that for children with cerebral palsy with exercise therapy for treatment of，not only can improve the clinical effect of the treatment of children with cerebral palsy，but also effectively help children with cerebral palsy and improve the quality of life.
