精品论文 参考文献 探讨小儿重症肺炎合并心衰及小儿哮喘临床治疗 大庆油田总医院 163000 【摘 要】 目的：研究分析小儿重症肺炎合并心衰的临床治疗情况，观察小儿哮喘的临床治疗效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选取2012年3月-2014年12月笔者所在医院收治的50例重症肺炎合并心衰患儿、56例哮喘患儿共计106例患儿，将所有患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析，每组患儿均随机分为观察组和对照组，对照1组和对照2组均行常规治疗，观察1组采用多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺进行治疗，观察2组采用孟鲁司特钠片进行治疗，统计比较各组治疗总有效率。结果：观察1组及观察2组治疗总有效率明显高于对照1组、对照2组，差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：在小儿重症肺炎合并心衰的临床治疗中，除需积极对症治疗外还要针对性处理炎症和心衰症状，在小儿哮喘的治疗中需要积极采用孟鲁司特进行治疗，以改善患儿临床症状，提高临床救治水平。 【关键词】 小儿重症肺炎：心衰：小儿哮喘：治疗效果：观察 [Abstract] Objective： To study the clinical treatment of children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure，to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of asthma in children.Methods： the object of this study is to select the March 2012 -2014 year in December in our hospital 50 cases of severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure in children with asthma，56 cases of a total of 106 cases，the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of all patients of each group were randomly divided into observation group and control group，control group 1 and control group 2 underwent conventional treatment，1 groups were observed by dopamine and dobutamine for treatment，observation of the 2 groups were treated by Montelukast Sodium Tablets，the total efficiency of treatment were compared statistically.Results： the observation of 1 groups and 2 groups of treatment total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group 2，control group 1，the difference was statistically significant（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion： in the clinical treatment of children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure，in addition to the positive treatment but also for the treatment of inflammation and symptoms of heart failure in the treatment of asthma in children in need to actively adopt montelukast treatment，to improve the clinical symptoms，improve the level of clinical treatment.
