精品论文 参考文献 探讨瘢痕子宫再次剖宫术的相关问题研究 江苏省句容市人民医院 212400 摘要：目的：探讨瘢痕子宫再次剖宫术的相关问题。方法：随机抽取2014年6月-2015年8月我院收治的200例剖宫产患者作为研究对象，采用回顾分析法，分为对照组和观察组各100例，对两组患者的胎盘植入、盆腹腔粘连、前置胎盘、产后出血发生的例数等进行比较。结果：对照组的胎盘植入6例、盆腹腔粘连6例、前置胎盘20例、产后出血25例，观察组的胎盘植入3例、盆腹腔粘连12例、前置胎盘30例、产后出血26例，通过两组患者并发症的比较，治疗组的子宫破裂、胎盘植入、盆腹腔粘连、前置胎盘、产后出血等明显要比对照组高，两组患者的比较差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。其中两组患者的间隔时间le;2年的患者，出现子宫破裂的情况明显要比间隔时间大于2年的患者高，Plt;0.05比较差异具有统计学意义。结论：加强健康宣教，告知阴道分娩的优势，有效的指导孕产妇选择正确的分娩方式，并且了解剖宫产指征，有效的处理再次剖宫产带来的风险，减少产科并发症的发生，提高临床治疗效果。 关键词：瘢痕子宫；再次剖宫术；相关问题 Abstract Objective：To investigate the related problems of cesarean section of scar uterus.Methods：randomly selected 200 cases of cesarean section patients in our hospital from June 2014 to August in our hospital as the research object，using retrospective analysis method，divided into the control group and the observation group，100 cases in each group，the two groups of patients with placenta implantation，pelvic adhesion，placenta，postpartum hemorrhage occurred in the case of a comparison.Results：6 cases of control group，6 cases of pelvic cavity adhesion，20 cases of placenta placenta，25 cases of postpartum hemorrhage，3 cases of placenta implantation，12 cases of pelvic cavity adhesion，30 cases of postpartum hemorrhage，two cases of postpartum hemorrhage，two cases of treatment group were significantly higher than control group（Plt;0.05）.The time interval of the two groups of patients is less than or equal to 2 years of patients，uterine rupture was ratio interval greater than 2 years in patients with high，P lt; 0.05，the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion：to strengthen health education，to inform the vaginal delivery of the advantages，the effective guidance of pregnant women to choose the right delivery way，and the anatomy of the palace，the effective treatment of the risk of cesarean section again，reduce the incidence of obstetric complications，improve the clinical treatment effect.
