精品论文 参考文献 探讨糖尿病患者妊娠时机的选择及对妊娠结局的影响 内蒙古自治区乌兰浩特市兴安盟妇幼保健院 137400 摘要：目的 研究并探讨糖尿病患者妊娠时机的选择以及对妊娠结局的影响。方法 此次研究的对象是选取自2010年9月—2012年8月在该院进行分娩的患有糖尿病的孕妇70例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并根据孕妇前期血糖控制效果，将其分为观察组与对照组，其中观察组孕妇为计划分娩，而对照组孕妇则为非计划分娩，比较两组孕妇妊娠结局，完善相关资料的记录与分析工作。结果 详细记录两组孕妇临床妊娠结局资料后发现，观察组孕妇均在血糖控制良好的前提下进行分娩，而对照组孕妇则尚未进行有效的血糖控制；比较两组孕妇的妊娠结局发现，对照组孕妇的并发症发生率为68.8%，显著高于观察组28.6%；而且比较两组新生儿的生命质量发现，观察组新生儿Apgar评分要优于对照组，而且观察组新生儿窒息率、死亡率也显著低于对照组，相关比较，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 对于糖尿病孕妇而言，在分娩前应该接受系统的临床治疗，并选择最佳的妊娠时机可以有效提高妊娠结局质量与新生儿生命质量，临床价值显著，值得推广应用。 关键词：糖尿病；妊娠时机；妊娠结局；探究分析 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the timing of pregnancy in patients with diabetes and the influence on pregnancy outcome. Methods the research object is selected from September 2010 - 2012 August in the hospital delivery with diabetic pregnant women in 70 cases，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and according to the pregnant women in the early effect of blood glucose control，divided into the observation group and the control group，the observation group of pregnant women for planned delivery，while the control group of pregnant women for non planned delivery and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups of pregnant women，improve the recording and analysis of related data. After the detailed records of the two groups of pregnant women clinical pregnancy outcome data found that pregnant women in observation group were under the premise of good blood sugar control birth and pregnant women in the control group is not effective blood glucose control；pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups of pregnant women found，control group of pregnant women and complications incidence rate was 68.8%，significantly higher than those in the observation group（28.6%）；and found the quality of life of neonate in two groups were compared，observation group of neonatal Apgar score was superior to the control group，and observing neonatal group asphyxia rate and mortality were significantly lower than the control group，compared wit
