精品论文 参考文献 探讨重症护理中的人性化护理的应用 大庆油田总医院 163000 【摘 要】目的 研究分析对重症病患者实行人性化护理的方法及其意义。方法 此次研究的对象是选择了我院2011年6月——2012年6月的重症病患者70例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中男性43例，女性27例，年龄为32岁-75岁。将所选患者随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组患者35例接受常规护理，观察组患者35例在接受常规护理的基础上，采用术前访视、心理护理以及营造良好术后环境等的人性化护理。比较两组患者接受不同护理方法的满意程度和平均住院时间。结果接受人性化护理的患者满意程度高达100%，与接受常规护理方法的患者相比有很大差异（Plt;0.05），此外，观察组患者的平均住院时间明显少于对照组（Plt;0.05）。所选患者均安全转出重症病房，认真的术前访视、对患者病情的严密观察、采取积极有效的护理措施，能够有效的减少并发症，缩短患者住院天数，提高患者生活质量。结论人性化护理对重症病患者的治疗、预防术后并发症起到了重要的作用，有助于促进患者早日康复。人性化护理效果显著，适合应用于重症病房。 　　【关键词】重症病；人性化；护理；运用 [Abstract] Objective To study the methods and significance of humanistic nursing for patients with severe disease. Methods the study was conducted in our hospital in June 2011 - June 2012 in 70 cases of severe disease，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，including 43 males and 27 females，aged 32 years old -75 years old. The selected patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group 35 cases received conventional nursing，the observation group with 35 cases receiving routine care，the preoperative visit，psychological nursing and create a humanized nursing care of postoperative environment. The satisfaction degree and the average length of stay of the two groups were compared. The humanized nursing care to the patients satisfaction degree is as high as 100%，and accepted the routine nursing patients compared with has the very big difference（P lt; 0.05），in addition，the observation groups average time of hospitalization was significantly less than that of the control group（P lt; 0.05）. Selected patients were transferred out of the ICU，interview carefully before operation，close observation of the patients condition and take positive and effective nursing measures，can effectively reduce the incidence of complications，shorten the hospital stay，improve the quality of life of the patients.
