国际水历史科学的进展及其在中国的发展探讨 郑晓云 云南省社会科学院 法国水科学院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 水历史是一门20世纪70年代在国际上被重新认识和推动的历史科学分野, 目前已形成明确的学科领域、理论指向与研究框架。全球水历史科学发展走过了从水工程技术史、环境史分野到水和人类社会发展的关系史, 再到水的文明史这样一个宏大的发展过程。水历史在认识人类文明进程、历史发展、维持人类的生存记忆、应对气候变化、化解当代水危机中的重要价值在国际上受到广泛认可, 从而也受到了包括联合国教科文组织在内的国际组织及一些国家政府的重视与推动, 产生了丰富的成果, 能见度与活跃度不断提升。水历史科学在中国有广阔的发展空间, 应充分地认识到这门学科发展的重要性和特殊性, 积极推动这一门科学在中国的发展, 积极缩小与国际学术界的差距。应通过学科规划、学科建设、人才队伍建设、重大项目攻关、国际交流、科研成果的推广应用等工作来推动水历史科学的发展。这不仅是一门学科的发展机遇, 同时也将为中国的可持续发展作出积极的贡献。 关键词： 水历史科学; 水危机; 国际水历史学会; 水利史; 学科建设; 作者简介：郑晓云, 云南省社会科学院研究员 (昆明650034) 、法国水科学院院士 The Progress of Water History Internationally and Its Developmental Prospect in China Zheng Xiaoyun Abstract： Water history is a branch of history which was recognized and encouraged in the 1970 s in the international academia, and its specific academic flied, theoretical direction and research structure are formed as well. In general, the water history has experienced a process which focuses from the history of hydraulic engineering, the branch of environmental history, to the history of the relationship of water and human social development, further to the history of water and human civilizations, becoming a broad historical research flied currently. Internationally, the values of water history with regard to the better understanding of human civilization and historical development, maintaining the memory of human subsistence, coping with the climate change, and saving the current crisis in water, are acknowledged broadly, therefore it is also stressed and pushed by a series of international organizations like the UNESCO, -IHP and some national governments. Meanwhile, a large number of research outcomes are produced in recent years and have increased the visibility and activity of water history. Accordingly, water history has a broad prospect in China, for it would be pushed on the development by disciplinary planning and construction and the development of rese
