精品论文 参考文献 整体护理对产科护理质量及母婴健康的影响分析 谷晴（商丘市第一人民医院产科 河南商丘 476100） 　　【摘要】目的：研究分析整体护理对产科护理质量及母婴健康的影响。方法：70 例在本院产科分娩的健康产妇入选本次调查，按照随机双盲法将产妇分为各35 例的两组，观察组与对照组。前者采取整体护理，后者实施常规护理，统计比较两组产妇产后心理状况、产妇对自身保健知识、母乳喂养及新生儿护理知识的掌握程度及产妇对护理的满意度。结果：观察组SDS、SAS 评分均明显低于对照组，产妇对自身保健知识、母乳喂养及新生儿护理知识的掌握情况、护理满意评分则显著优于对照组，两组差异运用统计学处理均有意义（P 均＜ 0.05）。 　　结论：实施整体护理可有效改善产后产后焦虑抑郁情绪，提升其对相关知识的掌握程度，获得较高的护理质量，有助于促进母婴健康，适合在临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】整体护理；产科护理质量；母婴健康【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-9753（2015）08-0031-02The whole nursing quality of obstetric care and maternal and child health impact analysisGuQing (shangqiu first peoples hospital of obstetrics henan shangqiu, 476100)【 abstract 】 objective: to study the analysis of the whole nursing quality of obstetric care and the effects of maternal andchild health. Methods: 70 patients in our hospital obstetric delivery of maternal health in the survey, according to the randomizeddouble-blind maternal can be divided into two groups, 35 cases observation group and control group. The former take the overall care,the latter implementation of routine nursing, statistics to compare two groups of maternal postpartum mental status, maternal andneonatal care about their health care knowledge, breastfeeding knowledge to master degree and the maternal satisfaction of nursing.Results: observation group of SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower than the control group, and maternal and neonatal careabout their health care knowledge, breastfeeding knowledge of the situation and nursing satisfaction score is significantly betterthan control group, the differences between the two groups by statistical processing has the significance (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion:implementation of holistic nursing can effectively improve postpartum postpartum anxiety depression, improve their mastery of theknowledge level, a higher quality of care, help to promote maternal and child health, suitable for clinical application.【 key words 】 the overall nursing; Obstetric care quality.
