精品论文 参考文献 无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭临床探讨 （四川省巴中市中心医院呼吸内科 四川 巴中 646000） 　　【摘要】 目的：对无创正压通气（NIPPV）治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床效果予以分析和探讨。方法：将2014年12月至2015年12月期间于我院进行治疗的慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的患者64例随机均分为两组，分别为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规的治疗方法，观察组在对照组的基础上进行无创正压通气治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗有效率进行观察和比较。结果：观察组患者的治疗效果以及治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者，且P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：对慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者使用无创正压通气治疗效果十分显著，可以有效改善患者症状，减轻患者的痛苦，缩短了患者的住院时间，值得我们在临床上进一步的推广和使用。 　　【关键词】无创正压通气治疗；慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭；临床探讨 　　【中图分类号】R563 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）35-0031-02 　　 　　【Abstract】Objective To noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd) in acute aggravating period of concurrent Ⅱ type analysis and discuss the clinical effect of respiratory failure. Methods Between December 2014 and December 2014 in our hospital during the period of treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd) patients with acute aggravating period of concurrent Ⅱ type of respiratory failure, 64 cases were divided into two groups at random, the observation group and control group respectively. The control group using conventional treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation therapy. Therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and treatment efficiency were observed and compared. Results The curative effect of observation group of patients and treatment efficiency is significantly higher than the control group patients, and Plt;0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (copd) in acute aggravating period of concurrent Ⅱ type of respiratory failure patients noninvasive positive pressure ventilation therapy effect is very significant, can effectively improve symptoms, reduce the pain of the patients, shorten the recovery time of patients, is worth our further popularization and use in clinic. 　　【Key words】Noninvasive positive
