提 要 目的：通过Meta-分析的方法对国内中成药（以养血清脑颗粒为代表）治疗紧张 型头痛的临床疗效进行客观评价，为临床合理选择及应用治疗措施提供客观的研究证 据。 方法：通过计算机全面检索有关养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张型头痛的临床试验文献， 制定纳入与排除标准，筛选合格文献；采用Jadad评分标准评价合格研究的质量，对 效应指标进行同质性检验、Meta-分析、漏斗图分析。 2 结果：共6篇文献进入Meta-分析，纳入研究总人数为495人，异质性检验Chi 2 =7.93，I = 37% ,P=0.160.05，纳入的研究文献具有同质性,采用固定效应模型(Fixed Effect Model) 进行Meta-分析，OR=8.10，95%的CI为[4.73,13.88],两组临床疗效 有效率差别具有统计学意义(P0．00001)，菱形符号完全位于 OR=1 中线右侧。表明 养血清脑颗粒的临床疗效优于西药。 结论：Meta-分析的结果表明，中成药养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张型头痛确实有一定 的疗效，然而由于纳入研究的病例数不足够大，文献质量较低，所以支持这一结论的 证据有限，期待有高质量的临床随机对照试验来进一步证实本研究结果。 关键词 中医药；中成药；养血清脑颗粒；紧张型头痛；Meta-分析 Meta-analysis of Chinese Patent Medicine Treatment on Tension-Type Headache Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Dong Ning Tutor: Chief Physician Hu Zhiqiang Abstract Objective To assess the efficiency and safety of Traditional Chinese Patent Medicine(represented by yangxueqingnao granule) used in the treatment of Tension-Type Headache by Meta-analysis. Methods Searched and collected clinical experiments in Chinese patent medicine used in the tension-type headache roundly through internet,established inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, filtrated qualified researches,evaluated the quality of the qualified researches by using the Jadad standard of perfection, made tests for homogeneity, Meta-analysis, funnel plots analysis. Results 6 literatures including 495 cases were brought into Meta-analysis. Heterogeneity test showed that Chi2 2 was 7.93 and I was 37% (P = 0.160.05) indicating that these 6
