中药穴位敷贴治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭的疗效观察 提 要 研究目的：本课题旨在研究中医传统特色治疗方法穴位敷贴辅助治疗慢性收 缩性心力衰竭，能够提高治疗效果，进一步改善慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者的临床 症状和心功能，提高患者生活质量和运动耐量，减少患者的住院次数。为慢性收 缩性心力衰竭的治疗提供新的思路和方法。 研究方法：采用随机分组对照实验的方法，严格按照纳入及排除标准筛选在 山东省中西医结合医院心脏中心住院的慢性收缩性心力衰竭患者 60 例，随机分 为治疗组与对照组，通过对比治疗后的左室射血分数(LVEF 值) 、BNP 及随访 6 个月的再住院次数来证实穴位敷贴疗法辅助治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效较单 纯西药治疗更好，为慢性收缩性心力衰竭的治疗开辟新的途径。 研究结果：本实验共入选患者 60 例，其中男性占 36.7%，女性占 63.3%， 男女比例 1：1.72。治疗组30 例，其中男性 10 例，女性 20 例；对照组 30 例， 其中男性 12 例，女性 18 例。西医临床疗效评价对照组显效 4 例，有效 21 例， 无效 5 例，总有效率 83.3%；治疗组显效 13 例，有效 16 例，无效 1 例，总有效 率 96.67% （P=0.017 ）。中医症候评分评价对照组显效 8 例，有效 16 例，无效 6 例，总有效率 80.0%；治疗组显效 16 例，有效 11 例，无效 3 例，总有效率 90.0% （P=0.044 ）。 研究结论： 1、中药穴位敷贴配合规范的西药治疗提高左室射血分数优 于单纯规范西药治疗。 2、中药穴位敷贴配合规范的西药治疗降低血浆 BNP 的水平疗效优于单 纯规范西药治疗。 3、中药穴位敷贴配合规范的西药治疗降低患者中医症候评分优于单纯 规范西药治疗。 4、中药穴位敷贴配合规范的西药治疗与单纯规范西药治疗相比减少患 者的住院次数。 关键词：慢性收缩性心力衰竭；穴位敷贴；左室射血分数；BNP。 Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic post points auxiliary systolic hf observe the curative effect of Speciality: Surgery of TCM Author:Huang Jian Tutor: Prof.WangYing Abstract Objective: The research will lead to traditional features of traditional Chinese medicine treatment method for the treatment of chronic post points auxiliary systolic hf, to improve the treatment effect, further improve the chronic systolic HF patients with clinical symptoms and cardiac function, improve the quality of life of the patients and exercise tolerance, reduce the number of patients in hospital.
