精品论文 参考文献 曲美他嗪治疗冠心病临床疗效分析 黄永培 　　（四川省什邡市人民医院心内科 四川 什邡 618400） 　　【摘要】 目的：对曲美他嗪在冠心病患者中的临床治疗效果予以探讨分析。方法：随机选取2011年11月至2014年10月在我院接受治疗的100例冠心病患者，将其随机均分为2组，分别作为对照组（50）与观察组（50），对对照组患者实施抗血小板、抗缺血、降脂等常规治疗，对观察组患者在对照组患者的治疗基础上再加用曲美他嗪进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为92.0%，明显高于对照组患者的74.0%，且Plt;0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：将曲美他嗪应用到冠心病患者的临床治疗中，能够明显提升患者的临床治疗效果，值得在临床应用中推广。 　　【关键词】疗效分析；曲美他嗪；冠心病 　　【中图分类号】R453 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）12-0023-02 　　 　　Clinical curative effect analysis of trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) 　　Huang Yongpei. The Peoples Hospital of Shifang City, Sichuan Province, Shifang 618400, China 　　【Abstract】Objective To clinical therapeutic effect of trimetazidine in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) are discussed. Methods Randomly selected from November 2011 to October 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 100 patients with coronary heart disease, their random divided into 2 groups, respectively as the control group (50) and observation group (50), for the control group patients antiplatelet, ischemia, lipid-lowering and other conventional treatment, the observation group of patients in the treatment of patients with the control group on the basis of plus with trimetazidine treatment, compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect. Results The observation group of patients with clinical treatment the total effective rate was 92.0%, significantly higher than the control group 74.0% of the patients, and P lt; 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Trimetazidine application to the clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease, can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of patients, is worth popularizing in clinical applications. 　　【Key words】 Curative effect analysis; Trimetazidine; Coronary heart disease (CHD) 　　冠心病是一种非常普遍的临床心血管内科疾病，易发生于中老年人群中，具有较高的致残率和致死率，随着我国人口老龄化的不断加剧，我国冠心病患者数量呈逐年递增趋势，因此如何选择一种有效治疗该疾病的药物显得特别重要，本文就主要对随机选取2011年11月至
