精品论文 参考文献 构建基于ICF的脊髓损伤康复策略（个案研究） 1. 浙江省台州市中心医院康复科，台州市，318000；2.浙江省台州医院骨科，台州市，317000 【中图分类号】 Ｒ760 【文献标识码】 A　　 【文章编号】 1550-1868（2016）6 [摘要] 目的 通过对1例脊髓损伤患者构建基于国际功能、残疾和健康分类(International Classification of Functioning，Disability and Health，ICF)的康复策略的个案报道，促进ICF在康复工作中的开展。方法 采用实例记录形式展示一例脊髓半切伤患者在ICF指导下完成的为期5周的康复方案。康复团队应用亚急性期脊髓损伤ICF核心分类组合和通用版核心分类组合的29个类目评估功能状态，并根据障碍点有目的的制定康复目标，实施全面康复。结果 患者康复效果显著，达到预期康复目标。结论 ICF全面了解患者的功能状态，有效的指导康复方案的实施，促进患者功能恢复，也更加符合生物-医学-社会医学模式，值得进一步临床实践。 [关键词] 国际功能、残疾和健康分类；脊髓损伤；康复方案；个案研究 Construction of rehabilitation strategies for spinal Cord injury based on ICF : a single case study Yang Hua1.2 Xu Wei2 . [Abstract] Objective Reporting a case of a patient with spinal cord injury received the International Classification of Functioning，Disability and Health (ICF) -based rehabilitation strategies, in order to promote ICF to be widespread applied. Methods A 5 weeks post-acute rehabilitation project and program format based on ICF for a patient with Brown-Seacute;quard Syndrome was showed.It was used by the rehabilitation team to de#64257;ne the clinical picture, rehabilitation objectives, guide a comprehensive rehabilitation. Therefor,the authors apply the 29 categories from ICF brief core sets of spinal cord injury(SCI) on early post-acute situation and generic core sets to describe functioning and to verify the outcome. Results The function of the patient was improved significantly and the expected goals was she achieve. Conclusion ICF provides a common and universal language for describing and Measuring health and disability，and works effectively as a road map for in-hospital post-acute SCI rehabilitation.
