Methods: A retrospective case series analyse and review of literature was conducted on patients with nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis. Results: Nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis is classified into two clinical types: a multiple form (or classical type) and a solitary form. Histopathologically, the main feature is the presence of mature, ectopic adipocytes, embedded between collagen bundles into the dermis without connection with the hypodermis. The Verhoeff-VanGieson stain showed a marked reduction in the amount and caliber of elastic fibers in the dermis. Conclusions: Nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis is an idiopathic hamartomatous disorder, characterized histopathologically by the constant presence of mature adipose tissue in the dermis. The multiple form usually is misdiagnosed to connective tissue nevus or neurofibroma, and the solitary form to tag. [Key words] Nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis; Histopathology 浅表脂肪瘤样痣（nevus lipomatosus cutaneous superficialis，NLCS）是一种少见的以真皮内异位的脂肪组织聚集为特征性表现的一种错构疾病，临床容易误诊。加强对该病的临床及组织病理特点的认识，有助于提高本病的临床确诊率，指导进一步的治疗。现将我院1990～2013年间诊治的经病理学证实的13例浅表脂肪瘤样痣患者情况报告如下。 临床资料 1.1 发病年龄 13例浅表脂肪瘤样痣患者中男9例，女4例。发病年龄为17～48岁，平均25.4岁，均无家族史。 1.2 发病部位 病变位于臀部4例，肩背部2例，腹壁2例，腰部2例，胸前、
