The present situation of the health information construction in British was introduced including operation guarantee mechanism and information system construction. And then we discussed the defect soft health information construction in British. Finally the paper putted forward relevant suggestions combined with the construction experience in British, which included clearly selecting reasonable the development mode, strengthening organization construction, attaching great importance to the patient privacy protection, accelerating the construction of standard specification, and information rights and benefit evaluation of informatization construction.
