Training Aug 15.Today is my position on the first day of the skills training in ALU_REHAB. The training content is understanding manufacturing process and production order.Fredic help me training it. After the training, I think there is some need to pay attention to place:Each station is not have a detailed SOP, Only the text simple introduction, cant clear to communicate assembly steps and precautions for employees, Pictures of the match with corresponding textual description to make detailed SOP will express clear.Switch to the new ERP system, in the new production order, Compared with the old production order, without drawing number and the version number,it is not detail for the parts specifications, Each production orders were need to manually fill in drawing number and the version number, increased a lot of unnecessary work.When the production task no finished on time，the production order is cancelled, I think not suitable. The production task didnt finish, but still must continue to complete the production task, And in this case, is not the corresponding production order, aeriform in increased a lot of work.This is my first day training situation, understand the overall condition of production department.Training Aug 16.Todays training content is to study all sorts of sewing parts. The main task is to know our company sewing workshop production situation, each parts processing, and making several sponge and cotton cloth components materials. Understand the structure ofthe seat cushion and backrest cushion,I was assemblied some backrest cushion (mainly the PU cloth covers set with the sponge lined).
