摘要:目的:分析将水胶体敷料应用于危重患者压疮临床护理中的具体效果。方法:对我院2014年5月-2015年10月接诊的65例危重症合并压疮患者临床资料进行回顾分析,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组(常规予以压疮护理)30例和观察组(利用水胶体敷料进行护理)35例,对比两组的临床护理效果。结果:观察组的总有效率为94.29%,显著高于对照组,两组间的临床护理效果对比差异显著(=7.86;P<0.05);观察组的住院时间以及ICU看护时间分别为(9.43plusmn;2.84)d、(3.58plusmn;1.84)d,均较对照组有明显缩短,组间对比差异显著(t=15.42,12.38;P<0.05)。结论:对危重症合并压疮患者予以水胶体敷料处理,有利于促进患者的压疮康复,缩短患者住院时间,减轻痛苦,且操作相对较为简单,具有较高的临床推广与应用意义。

The application effect of hydrocolloid dressings on pressure ulcers in critically ill patients observation
Abstract: Objective: to analyze the effect of hydrocolloid dressings applied to specific clinical nursing care of critical patients with pressure sore. Methods: in our hospital in May 2014 and 2015 October admissions 65 cases of critically ill patients with bedsore patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to different nursing methods for control group (routine to be Bedsore Nursing) (30 cases) and observation group (using hydrocolloids Nursing) in 35 cases, compared two groups of clinical nursing effect. Results: in the observation group, the total effective rate was 94.29%, significantly higher than the control group, between the two groups in clinical nursing effect of the difference is significant (=7.86; P lt; 0.05); observation group hospitalization time and ICU nursing time respectively (9.43 + 2.84) d, (3.58 + 1.84) D, were lower than those in the control group was significantly shorter and the differences between the two groups is significant (t=15.42, 12.38; P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: for critically ill patients with bedsore patients be hydrocolloid dressing treatment, is conducive to promoting the rehabilitation of patients with pressure sores, shorten the patient hospitalization time, relieve pain, and the operation is relatively simple, with high clinical popularization and application.
