精品论文 参考文献 浅析哮喘病患者的护理体会 鹤岗市人民医院 154101 摘要：目的 研究分析哮喘病患者呼吸护理具体内容及其临床应用效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选取本院2012年-2013年收治常规治疗护理联合呼吸护理的哮喘病患者50例。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并设为观察组，另随机选取本院同期收治应用常规治疗护理的哮喘病患者50例并设为对照组。对比2组患者护理干预后临床治疗效果和对护理措施的满意程度。结果 观察组患者临床医治效果总有效率为92.0%，显著高于对照组患者70.0%，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；观察组患者对护理措施满意程度为100%，明显高于对照组患者84.0%，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 哮喘病患者单纯药物治疗难以对病情长期有效的控制，因此平时护理措施具有重要应用价值，在常规护理基础上联合呼吸护理能够更好保障临床医治效果且可提高患者对护理的满意程度，有助于构建和谐护患环境，值得推广。 关键词：哮喘病；呼吸护理；临床应用 Abstract：Objective To study the effect analysis of patients with asthma respiratory nursing contents and its clinical application.Methods the research object is selected in the hospital in 2012 and 2013 from conventional treatment combined with respiratory care of 50 cases of patients with asthma.The clinical data were retrospective analysis，and set to the observation group，another randomly selected in our hospital during the same period were treated by routine treatment and nursing care of asthma patients 50 cases and control group.Compared with the 2 groups of patients after nursing intervention clinical treatment effect and the degree of satisfaction with nursing measures.Results in the observation groups of patients with clinical cure effect is the total efficiency was 92.0%，which was significantly higher than that in the control group，the patients was 70.0%，the difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）；the observation group patients satisfaction degree of nursing measures was 100%，significantly higher than the control group patients was 84.0%，the difference is statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion asthma patients with simple drug therapy to the disease for a long time effective control，so usually nursing measures has important application value，on the base of routine nursing combined with respiratory care to better safeguard the clinical treatment effect and can improve the patients satisfaction degree of nursing，help to build a harmonious nurse patient environment，is worthy to be popularized. keyword：asthm
