Before and after taking the drug ,the blood was drawn for the analyses of blood routine, platelet count and aggregation function (ratio), Prothrombin Time,(PT) Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time(APTT) ,Thrombin Time(TT), Fibrinogen (FIB),by standard procedures of clinical pathology.Results After taking oral moutan charcoal ,the platelet aggregation ratio(%) was elevated from 76.02plusmn;1.00 to 80.59plusmn;0.92，which is statistically different(t=13.72，P= 0.00).
