精品论文 参考文献 瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合桃红四物汤治疗痰阻血瘀型胸痹随机平行对照研究 浏阳市集里医院 湖南浏阳 430100 【摘 要】 目的 探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合桃红四物汤在痰阻血瘀型胸痹治疗中的应用效果。方法 收集2014年5 月至2015 年5 月我院收治的痰阻血瘀型胸痹患者60 例，采用随机数字法分为两组，对照组（n=30）接受常规西医治疗，观察组（n=30）在西医治疗的基础上使用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合桃红四物汤进行治疗，比较两组患者胸痹治疗效果、心电图治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果 观察组患者胸痹治疗有效率为93.33 %，对照组为73.33 %，Plt;0.05；观察组患者心电图治疗有效率为90.00 %，对照组为66.67 %，Plt;0.05；两组患者治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论 瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合桃红四物汤可有效改善痰阻血瘀型胸痹患者临床症状，提高心电图治疗效果，且治疗过程中无明显不良反应，安全性良好，值得推广应用。 【关键词】瓜蒌薤白半夏汤；桃红四物汤；痰阻血瘀；胸痹 【Abstract 】 objective to investigate the fructus scallions pinellia decoction and white peach siwu decoction in the treatment of obstruction of phlegm obstruction and blood stasis type application effect.Method collected in May 2014 to May 2015，our hospital of 60 patients with obstruction of phlegm obstruction and blood stasis type，can be divided into two groups by random number method，the control group（n = 30）of conventional western medicine therapy，observation group（n = 30）used in western medicine therapy on the basis of snakegourd fruit scallions white pinellia decoction and peach siwu decoction treatment，compared two groups of patients with obstruction of treatment effect，the electrocardiogram（ecg）effect and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results the observation group of patients with obstruction of treatment effective rate was 93.33%，73.33%，the control group（P lt; 0.05; Observation group of patients electrocardiogram treatment effective rate of 90.00%，66.67%，the control group（P lt; 0.05; Two groups of patients with no obvious adverse reaction occurred in the process of treatment.Conclusion fructus scallions pinellia decoction and white peach siwu decoction can effectively improve clinical symptoms in patients with obstruction of phlegm obstruction and blood stasis type，improve the effect of electrocardiogram（ecg）treatment，and no obvious adverse reaction in the process of treatment，the security is good，is worth popularization and application. 【Key words 】 fructus scallions white pin
