The following stage is shown in Figure 3.Figure ModificationFollowing the critical stage shown in Figure 1, if we now remind the customer by clicking the external trigger Reminder, tokens in C7 and C6 will pass the reminder D together to state C2. We can add a path here from D to state C7 and send the two tokens one to C2 and one to C7, directing the system back to the previous stage: the upper one showing shipped goods in C7 and while the lower one showing the stage before sending the bill in C2. The modified model is shown below, in Figure 4.Figure
