精品论文 参考文献 研究血清降钙素原的检测在儿科感染性疾病中的应用价值 望奎县人民医院 152100 【摘 要】目的 研究分析血清降钙素原（PCT）的检测在儿科感染性疾病中的应用价值。方法 选择在一段时间内入住我院接受治疗的75例疑似感染患儿作为研究对象，将其林茨资料进行回顾性分析，并根据出院诊断标准将其分为细菌感染组30例、病毒感染组25例以及非感染组20例，并根据感染程度将细菌感染组分为重症感染组12例与局部感染组18例。检测各组血清PCT、全血细胞计数（CBC）及C-反应蛋白（CRP）水平。结果 细菌感染组患儿的血清PCT、CBC及CRP水平均明显高于病毒感染组和非感染组（Plt;0.05）；重症感染组的血清PCT水平明显高于局部感染组（Plt;0.05）；细菌感染组中，PCT阳性检出率显著高于CRP阳性检出率（Plt;0.05）。结论 可将血清PCT水平作为诊断儿科细菌感染与判别感染严重程度的重要指标，临床应用价值较高。 【关键词】 儿科；感染性疾病；血清降钙素原；检测 [Abstract] Objective To study the application value of serum calcitonin（PCT）in pediatric infectious diseases. Methods in the period of time admitted to our hospital accepted treatment of 75 cases of suspected of being infected with as the research object，the Linz were retrospectively analyzed，and according to the discharge criteria for the diagnosis of the bacterial infection group（30 cases），viral infection group（25 cases）and non infection group（n = 20），and according to the infection of bacterial infection group divided into infection with the severe group 12 cases with local infection group（18 cases）. The levels of serum PCT，whole blood cell count（CBC）and CRP reactive protein（C-）were detected in each group. Results in bacterial infection group with the serum PCT，CBC and CRP levels were significantly higher than those of viral infection group and non infection group（P lt; 0.05）；severe infection group，the serum level of PCT was significantly higher than that of local infection group（P lt; 0.05）；bacterial infection group PCT positive rate was significantly higher than that of CRP positive rate（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion the level of serum PCT can be used as an important indicator for the diagnosis of pediatric bacterial infection and to determine the severity of infection.
