精品论文 参考文献 简述超敏C反应蛋白与尿β2微球蛋白联合检测对诊断早期糖尿病肾病的临床价值 成都市天府新区人民医院 四川 双流 610213 　　摘要：目的：整理我院早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床检验资料，探讨超敏C反应蛋白和尿beta;2微球蛋白对早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床诊断价值。方法：选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的91例早期糖尿病肾病患者，将其作为实验组，另选取91例糖尿病非肾病患者将其作为对照组1，另选取91名健康体检者作为对照组2，对三组患者均进行超敏C反应蛋白和尿beta;2微球蛋白的联合检测，对三组患者的检测结果进行对比分析，总结上述两项指标对早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床诊断价值。结果：实验组患者的超敏C反应蛋白和尿beta;2微球蛋白的检测结果明显高于对照组1和对照组2，三组患者上述两项指标差异明显，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：超敏C反应蛋白和尿beta;2微球蛋白能够有效的检测出患者是否患有早期糖尿病肾病，诊断效果显著，具有非高的临床诊断参考价值。 　　关键词：糖尿病肾病；超敏C蛋白；尿beta;2微球蛋白；临床诊断 　　Brief hypersensitive c-reactive protein and urine beta 2 microglobulin joint detection of the clinical value of early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy 　　Tang Xiu ping 　　Chengdu tianfu new district peoples hospital Sichuan shuangliu, 610213 　　Abstract: objective: to sort out our early diabetic nephropathy patients clinical inspection data, hypersensitive c-reactive protein and urine beta 2 microglobulin clinical diagnostic value in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Selection methods: our hospital between January 2015 and January 2016, 91 patients with early diabetic nephropathy, as a group, the other to select 91 cases of diabetes nephropathy patients as control group 1, another 91 healthy physical examination were selected as control group 2, on three groups of patients were hypersensitive c-reactive protein and urine beta 2 microglobulin joint detection, the test results of three groups of patients were analyzed, summarized the two indexes in early diabetic nephropathy patients clinical diagnostic value. Results: the patients with hypersensitive c-reactive protein and urine test results of beta 2microglobulin was obviously higher than that of control group 1 and group 2, three groups of patients with difference between the two indicators, with statistical significance (P lt; 0.05).
