The need to increase or maintain profits and sales sends many firms into global markets. International trade is growing rapidly and will continue to increase at an even faster rate. As global trade increases, so does the pressure for companies to develop integrated logistic systems to move the product across national boundaries[1].The following definitions give us a view about international logistics: The concept of international logistics is, as such, “boundless,” but it is more difficult to have a logistical approach to international transport, the problems connected with the control of the different parts of logistic chain increase as the number of borders and parties increase. --European Conference of Ministers of Transport 1987. While international marketing may be viewed largely as a matter of choice, international sourcing and procurement in many instances should be regarded as a matter of economic necessity. --C. Because international logistics is complex, to manage the across-border logistics, more likely, the logistic strategic adapted to a global company is to use Third-Party Logistics provider, which were also known as the Intermediaries of International logistics, that offer specialists to help with the export/import transaction. Using this option, global companies could reduce the investment, increases responsiveness to changing customer needs, and allows more flexibility in evaluating new integrated logistics technology.
