From 1996 to 2016, she worked for Zhejiang Fangyuan Testing Group, mainly focusing on product quality testing, quality forensic examination and laboratory management. She established the Zhejiang Fangyuan Fair Product Quality Forensic Firm and formed a full set of product quality forensic mechanisms and methods. In addition, she also cooperated with colleges and universities to provide quality professional masters program. A special course of quality testing and appraisal was set up through her efforts and 18 testing lab personnel completed the course and obtained a masters degree in engineering from Zhejiang University. She is responsible for management of post - doctoral workstations. Seven postdoctoral researchers trained in that workstation have completed the study on schedule and passed the exam successfully. In 2017, she was appointed as the vice president of Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Standardization, and executive director of Zhejiang-Made Construction Promotion Association She was responsible for standardized scientific research management, industrial standardization, and related work on brand construction of Product Logo “Zhejiang Made”. 110 111
