精品论文 参考文献 糖尿病孕妇血糖检验的临床价值评估与分析 湖南省汉寿县妇幼保健院 湖南常德 415900 【摘 要】目的：分析研究糖尿病孕妇血糖检验的临床应用价值。方法：选取2014年7月到2015年6月间在我院妇产科接受产前检查的孕妇90例作为研究对象，对其血糖水平进行动态监测，并分析不同类型糖尿病孕妇（妊娠糖尿病孕妇和糖尿病合并妊娠孕妇）的血糖变化情况，同时，选取同期在我院接受产前检查的健康孕妇100例作为对照，比较两组孕妇的血糖水平及分娩结局。 结果：糖尿病孕妇的HbAlc、FPG、1hPG、2hPG等的检测结果均显著高于健康孕妇，其不良妊娠结局发生率分别为18.9%、4.0%，有糖尿病孕妇显著低于健康孕妇的情况，比较均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。糖尿病孕妇的糖尿病动态监测结果则显示糖尿病合并妊娠孕妇的血糖平均值、波动系数显著高于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇，但血糖达峰时间则显著短于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇，比较均有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论：通过对糖尿病孕妇的血糖水平进行检测，有利于为患者实施个体化干预治疗，改善母婴预后。 【关键词】糖尿病孕妇；血糖检验；临床价值 【 abstract 】 objective：to study the clinical application of diabetic pregnant women blood sugar test value. Methods：to choose between July 2014 to June 2015 in accept antenatal examination of pregnant women，90 cases of obstetrics and gynecology hospital as the research object，to the dynamic monitoring of their blood sugar levels，and analyze the different types of diabetic pregnant women(pregnant women with gestational diabetes and diabetic pregnancy pregnant women），the change of the blood sugar，at the same time，the selection over the same period in our hospital for prenatal examination of 100 healthy pregnant women as control，compared two groups of pregnant women blood sugar levels and birth outcomes. Results：diabetic pregnant women HbAlc，1 HPG，FPG，2 HPG and test results were significantly higher than that of healthy pregnant women，the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were 18.9%，4.0%，and the situation of the diabetic pregnant women were significantly lower than that of healthy pregnant women，are all have statistical significance(P lt; 0.05）. Diabetes pregnant womens dynamic monitoring results showed that diabetic pregnancy pregnant women blood sugar，fluctuation coefficient is significantly higher than the average gestational diabetes，pregnant women tmax but glucose were significantly shorter than gestational diabetes，pregnant women are all statistically significant(P lt; 0.05）.
