精品论文 参考文献 红霉素序贯阿奇霉素与单纯阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的疗效比较 （安徽省儿童医院 安徽 合肥 230001） 　　【摘要】目的：分析研究红霉素序贯阿奇霉素与单纯阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎的疗效，探讨儿童支原体肺炎新的更有效的治疗方法。方法：选取54例患儿符合诊断标准的支原体肺炎，随机分为红霉素序贯阿奇霉素组（A组）和单纯阿奇霉素组（B）两组，A组30例采用红霉素30mg/d，分2次静脉滴入，连用3天，改用阿奇霉素10mg/d，静脉滴入5天，停4天，以静滴量再口服3天。B组24例采用阿奇霉素10mg/d，静脉滴入5天，停4天，以静滴量再口服3天停药。结果：红霉素序贯阿奇霉素组的痊愈率70%，明显高于阿奇霉素组58.3%（Plt;0.05），症状、体征消失较快。结论：治疗儿童支原体肺炎时应首先选择红霉素对支原体血症进行控制，然后再用新一代大环内酯类抗生素阿奇霉素序贯治疗，比开始采用阿奇霉素的疗效好，显效快，有推广应用的价值。 　　【关键词】阿奇霉素；红霉素序贯阿奇霉素；儿童支原体肺炎 　　【中图分类号】R720.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）28-0015-02 　　Comparative effectiveness of erythromycin sequential azithromycin and pure azithromycin treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children 　　Lu Songjian.
