精品论文 参考文献 经颈前小切口径路腔镜下甲状腺手术的临床应用50例 （眉山市人民医院普外科 四川 眉山 620010） 【摘要】 目的：观察经颈前小切口径路腔镜下甲状腺手术的临床应用价值。方法：选择我院自2012年2月至2015年2月收治50例甲头腺患者的临床资料，全部患者均给予经颈前小切口径路腔镜下手术治疗。结果：全部患者均手术成功，手术平均时长（42.1plusmn;10.7）min，术中平均出血量（12.1plusmn;2.7）ml。全部患者手术后未见异常，患者对手术效果均表示满意，且对其美观效果表示满意。结论：采用经颈前小切口径路腔镜下甲状腺手术治疗甲状腺疾病，其疗效确切，安全性高，符合医学美学的观念，更适合在基层医院开展，可临床推广应用。 【关键词】 经颈前小切口径路腔镜；甲状腺手术；甲状腺疾病 【中图分类号】R581 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）35-0035-02 The anterior portion cut small caliber road cavity mirror the clinical application of 50 cases of thyroid surgery ShuaiJinHao Meishan city peoples hospital of general surgery Meishan city, sichuan province in 620010 【Abstract】Objective to observe the anterior portion under the small caliber road cutting cavity mirror the clinical value of thyroid surgery. Methods from February 2012 to February 2015 were analyzed the clinical data of 50 patients with a head gland, all patients were administered with small diameter road cutting anterior portion under the cavity mirror surgery. Results all patients surgery is successful, the average time (42.1plusmn;10.7) min, the average intraoperative blood loss (12.1plusmn;2.7 ml. No abnormal after the surgery, all patients satisfied with operation or effect, and satisfied with the cosmetic results.
