精品论文 参考文献 结核性胸膜炎经VATS 胸膜活检术后的护理研究 （泸州医学院附属中医医院 胸外科, 四川 646000） 【摘要】目的: 针对渗出性结核性胸膜炎患者经VATS 胸膜活检术后的护理予以探讨研究。方法：选取2012 年1 月至2014 年1 月期间我院胸外科收治的52 例渗出性结核性胸膜炎患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者实施常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上加强呼吸道护理、饮食指导、用药指导、情志护理，比较两组患者术后切口愈合情况。结果：观察组患者术后切口感染率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（plt;0.05)；观察组患者的恢复情况优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（plt;0.05)。结论：对渗出性结核性胸膜炎经VATS 胸膜活检术后的患者加强呼吸道护理，饮食指导、用药指导、情志护理护理，能够降低其术后并发症发生率，促进术后恢复，值得在临床中广泛推广应用。 【关键词】渗出性结核性胸膜炎；VATS 胸膜活检术后；护理 【中图分类号】 R573 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2096-0867（2015）03-0082-02 [abstract] objective: to exudative tuberculous pleurisy patients through VATS of pleural biopsy to explore nursing research.Selection methods: between January 2012 and January 2014 department of thoracic surgery were analyzed during the period of52 patients with exudative tuberculosis pleurisy, it were randomly divided into observation group and control group, controlgroup patients with routine nursing, the observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of strengthening therespiratory nursing, diet guidance, medication guidance, of modern nursing, postoperative incision healing of compare two groups ofpatients.
