Methods Different concentrations of 3-MCPD standard were added benzene boronic acid (PBA) for derivative reaction, extracted by hexane and detected by GC. The standard curve was obtained by the concentration of 3-MCPD and the peak area. Then 3-MCPD esters in 4 kinds of edible oil samples were detected by the method. Results This method had a good linear correlation at the range of 0.1~0.8 mg, with the recoveries of 79%~108%. The LOD was 0.025 mg/kg, and LOQ was 0.086 mg/kg, and the test precision of relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 5. 3-MCPD esters content in 4 kinds of vegetable oils on t
