精品论文 参考文献 综合护理干预在中老年神经性耳鸣临床护理中的应用分析 （四川省自贡市第一人民医院 四川 自贡 643000） 【摘 要】目的：分析综合护理干预在中老年神经性耳鸣临床护理中的应用效果。方法：将我院收治的74例中老年神经性耳鸣患者随机分为观察组37例和对照组37例。对照组患者行常规护理，观察组患者行综合护理干预。护理前后，采用SF-36生活质量量表分别对2组患者的生活质量进行测评，并调查2组患者的护理满意度。结果：护理后，SF-36量表下观察组患者生理社会精神各方面及总体健康各维度的平均评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患者对护理的全面性、护理的舒适度及护理质量的满意度依次为91.89%、94.59%、91.89%，对照组依次为75.68%、72.97%、72.97%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中老年神经性耳鸣临床护理中应用综合护理干预能有效帮助患者做好生理、心理调适，提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度。 【关键词】神经性耳鸣；中老年；综合护理干预 【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）7-0255-02 Analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in the middle-aged and old neurogenic tinnitus application effect of clinical nursing 【Abstract】objective: to analyze the comprehensive nursing intervention in the middle-aged and old neurogenic tinnitus application effect of clinical nursing. Methods: our hospitalrsquo;s 74 cases of senile patients with neurogenic tinnitus were randomly divided into the observation group (37 cases) and the control group (37 cases). The control group patients were nursed by routine nursing, the observation group of patients was nursed by the comprehensive nursing. Before and after nursing, two group of the patients quality of life was measured by SF - 36 life quality scale , 2 groups of patients satisfaction with nursing care was surveyed. Results: after nursing, SF - 36 scale under observation group of patients physiological function; social function, mental health and overall health of each dimension mean score were higher than control group (P lt; 0.05). Comprehensive nature of the observation group of patients to nursing, nursing of comfort and satisfaction of nursing quality in turn was 91.89%, 94.59%, 91.89% ,the control group in turn was 75.68% , 72.97%, 72.97%, compared two groups, statistically significant difference (P lt; 0.05).
