精品论文 参考文献 缩肛运动训练时机对前列腺电切术后尿失禁影响 许春婵 林燕文 岑俏丹 许诗华 　　（广东省阳江市人民医院泌尿科 529500） 　　【摘要】目的 研究缩肛运动训练时机对前列腺电切术后尿失禁的影响。方法：选取我院自2012年3月-2013年12月收治的择期前列腺电切术患者550例，按照患者意愿进行随机分组，将其分为观察组和对照组，对照组在前列腺电切术后进行缩肛运动，观察组则在术前及术后进行缩肛运动，比较两组尿失禁的发生情况及持续时间。结果：观察组术后尿失禁发生率2.00%，对照组术后尿失禁发生率12.40%；观察组术后尿失禁发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组术后尿失禁持续时间（3.3plusmn;0.5）d，对照组术后尿失禁持续时间（4.6plusmn;2.4）d，观察组术后尿失禁持续时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：前列腺电切术??前、术后均采用缩肛运动训练可起到良好的尿失禁预防作用，并可缩短尿失禁的持续时间。 　　【关键词】 缩肛运动 训练时机 前列腺电切术 尿失禁 　　【中图分类号】R439 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）14-0141-02 　　Shrinkage anal sports training time impact on cutting postoperative urinary incontinence of prostate 　　Xu Chunchan Lin Yanwen Cen Qiaodan Xu Shihua 　　(Department of urology ,Guangdong Province Yangjiang Hospital 529500) 　　【Abstract】Objective:Research shrinkage anal sports training time effect of postoperative urinary incontinence of prostate.Methods:Select our hospital from March 2012- December 2013 patients undergoing elective prostate electricity cut method of 550 cases, according to the wishes for randomized patients, it can be divided into observation group and control group,control group in the prostate surgery to shrink anus movement, observation group in the preoperative and postoperative anus movement, comparison of two groups of urinary incontinence, and duration.
