精品论文 参考文献 老年念珠菌尿液检验58例结果分析邹桂华 黑龙江省铁力市人民医院 黑龙江铁力 152500 摘要：目的：分析老年念珠菌尿液检验58例结果。方法：以2015年12月～2016年5月作为研究阶段，收集该时间段内我院门诊部采集的老年念珠菌感染患者共计100例作为研究对象，按照数字随机表方法进行分组，50例患者纳入对照组，50例患者纳入观察组。对照组共纳入50例患者，使用显色法进行检验分析。观察组共纳入50例患者，使用凝集法进行检验分析。结果：观察组患者尿液检验结果显示阳性率为94.00％（47/50），对照组为70.00％（35/50），观察组检出阳性率明显高于对照组，组间数据对比差异显著，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：在对老年念珠菌尿液标本进行检验的过程当中，相较于显色法而言，凝集法的优势更加确切，对提高标本阳性检出率有重要价值，值得重视。 关键词：老年念珠菌；尿液检验；结果分析 Analysis of the results of 58 cases of urinary examination in elderly patients with Candida Zou Guihua The peoples Hospital of Heilongjiang Province，Tieli City，Heilongjiang Tieli 152500 [Abstract] Objective：to analyze the results of 58 cases of urinary tract examination in elderly patients with Candida albicans. Methods：in May 2015 December 2016 as the research stage collected the time segment in our hospital outpatient department collected old Candida infection in patients with a total of 100 cases as the research object，according to the random number table method were grouped in 50 cases were included in control group，50 patients were included in the observation group. In the control group，50 patients were included in the control group，and the color method was used to test and analyze. Results：patients in the observation group urine test results show positive rate was 94% （47 / 50），control group was 70.00% （35 / 50），the observation group detection positive rate was significantly higher than that of the control group，data comparison between groups was significant difference，P lt; 0.05，with statistical significance. Conclusion：in the process of examination of urine samples of elderly patients with Candida，compared with the color method，the advantages of agglutination method is more accurate，and it is important to improve the positive detection rate of specimens.
