精品论文 参考文献 老年急性心肌梗死患者并发心律失常的临床护理体会 孔祥敏（商丘市第一人民医院急诊科 河南商丘 476100） 　　【摘要】目的：探讨护理干预在老年急性心肌梗死患者并发心律失常中的应用体会。方法：将我院收治的60 例老年急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者作为研究对象，根据患者入院单双尾号顺序将其分为对照、实验2 组，并分别给予常规护理与护理干预，观察比较两组患者心功能分级与护理满意度的差异。结果：比照两组患者心功能分级，实验组的心功能分级情况明显优于对照组；且实验组的总满意率为96.7%较对照组的73.3% 显著更高，差异运用统计学分析有意义（P ＜ 0.05）。结论：对老年急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者强化护理干预可明显改善心功能，并提高患者满意程度，对促进其尽快康复意义重大。 　　【关键词】老年；急性心肌梗死；心律失常；护理【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-9753（2015）08-0034-02In elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiac arrhythmia in clinical nursing experienceXiang-min kong (shangqiu first peoples hospital emergency department Henan shangqiu, 476100)【 abstract 】 objective: to study the nursing intervention in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicatedwith cardiac arrhythmia, the application of experience.
