江西师范大学 文化与以人为本的管理 PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 知识经济时代的21世纪，知识在社会经济的发展中贡献度和重要性是越来越大的。进入21世纪，企业应以一种什么样的管理来迎接新世纪的挑战？随着经济社会发展的多样化、复杂化和人们消费结构、消费观念的转变，现代企业管理在社会文化层面上的观念创新越来越成为一个紧迫的课题。人本主义即以人为本，把人的因素放在一切因素的首位，尊重人的需求从而调动人的最大积极性、创造和谐的企业氛围。文化和以人为本管理的结合也是“坚持以人为本，树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观、促进经济社会和人的全面发展”这一科学发展观理论践行，更是现代企业管理的必走之路。它对指导现代企业管理观念的创新、树立以人为本的企业管理理念具有重大的理论和实践意义。 关键词：知识经济、人本管理、结合、必走之路、企业管理理念 Abstract Era of knowledge economy of the 21st century, knowledge in the socio-economic development and the importance of the contribution degree is increasingly large.
