精品论文 参考文献 联合应用尿激酶与马来酸桂哌齐特静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床观察 怀化市第五人民医院 湖南怀化 418000 【摘 要】目的：观察分析联合应用尿激酶和马来酸桂哌齐特静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果。方法：择取对象共100例，均是急性心肌梗死病例，入院就诊治疗时间为2012年 9月至2015年6月，根据随机表数字法将100例患者分为观察组和对照组，各组例数分别为50例，两组患者均给予常规西药治疗，即以静脉滴注的方式使用硝酸甘油，以皮下注射的方式使用低分子肝素，服用阿司匹林。基于此观察组联合应用尿激酶和马来酸桂哌齐特静脉溶栓治疗，比较分析两组患者血管再通情况、CK-MB、胸痛缓解时间以及ST段降低超过一半的时间。结果：经治疗，观察组血管再通率、CK-MB、胸痛缓解时间以及ST段降低超过一半的时间均显著优于对照组，二者数据比较差异显著，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：联合应用尿激酶和马来酸桂哌齐特静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死患者，再通效果和疼痛缓解效果显著，值得应用。 【关键词】马来酸桂哌齐特；静脉；尿激酶；急性心肌梗死；溶栓治疗 【 abstract 】 objective：to analyze the joint application of urokinase and maleic acid to guangxi pp qi，the clinical effect of intravenous thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction.Methods：will pick object，a total of 100 cases，all cases of acute myocardial infarction，hospital medical treatment time is between September 2012 and June 2012，according to the random table number method 100 patients were divided into observation group and control group，each group of cases of 50 cases respectively，two groups of patients were given conventional western medicine treatment，namely the use of nitroglycerin in the form of intravenous drip，using low molecular heparin in the form of subcutaneous injection，taking aspirin.Based on the observation in combination with application of urokinase and maleic acid laurel pp together intravenous thrombolysis treatment，compared two groups of patients with recanalization，CK - MB，chest pain relief time and ST segment to reduce more than half of the time.Results：after treatment，the observation group of blood vessels，CK - MB，chest pain relief time and rate of ST segment to reduce more than half of the time were significantly better than the control group，the data is more significant difference，P lt; 0.05，with statistical significance.Conclusion：the combined application of urokinase and maleic acid laurel pp together intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute myocardial infarction（mi），and the pain relief effect significant effect of recanaliza
