精品论文 参考文献 肝内外胆管结石术后患者行循证护理的效果评价 姜文 王璐 李霞 （四川省崇州市人民医院 611230） 【摘要】目的 探讨循证护理方法对肝内外胆管结石患者术后并发症发生率、不良反应、家属投诉及满意度，方法　随机选取2010年1月—2012年1月60例肝内外胆管结石患者，并分为常规护理组及循证护理组各30例，常规护理组给予常规护理，循证护理组给予循证思维，观察两组患者术后并发症、不良反应、家属投诉、护理质量满意度效果评价。结果　常规护理组出现了7例术后并发症、9例不良反应、2例家属投诉、护理质量满意度70%，循证护理组1例术后并发症、2例不良反应、0例家属投诉，护理质量100%，循证护理组优于常规护理组。结论　循证思维护理方法能够最大程度地预防并发症的发生、减少不良反应及家属投诉、使患者满意、提高护理质量的满意度并提高临床疗效。 【关键词】肝内外胆管患者 循证护理 效果评价 【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）24-0263-02 【Abstract】 objective: to study the evidence-based nursing method for patients with calculus of bile duct of liver inside and outside the postoperative complications incidence rate, adverse reaction and family complaints and satisfaction, methods: randomly selected from January 2010 - January 2012, 60 patients with calculus of bile duct of liver inside and outside, and divided into routine nursing group and evidence-based nursing groups (30 cases, normal group was given routine nursing care, evidence-based nursing group was given evidence-based thinking, observe two groups of patients with postoperative complications and adverse reactions, families complain, nursing quality satisfaction effect evaluation. Results: 7 cases of postoperative complications were found routine nursing group, 9 cases of adverse reactions, 2 cases of family members of the complaint, satisfaction with nursing quality 70%, evidence-based nursing group, 1 case of postoperative complications, 2 cases of adverse reactions, 0 cases of 【key words】 patients with bile duct of liver inside and outside evidence-based nursing effect evaluation 肝内外胆管结石常引起胆道梗阻合并感染，病情反复发作，目前以外科治疗为主，此类疾病的护理是否恰当直接影响疾病的并发症发生率、患者的满意度等，本研究主要对我科收治的肝内外胆管结石手术患者的临床护理情况进行观察和分析，先报告如下： 资料与方法 1、一般资料，随机选取我院2010年1月—2012年1月收治的60例肝内外胆管结石患者进行分析，年龄24— 87岁，平均年龄47.5岁，将60例肝内外胆管结石患者参加不同护理方式分为常规护理组和循证护理各30例，2组的一般资料比较差异无统计学意义，具有可比性。 2、方法：常规护理组采用常规护理方法，循证护理组在常规护理组的基础上采用如下措施：（1）指出循证问题：将肝内外胆管结石手术前后不良
