精品论文 参考文献 肥胖献血者贵要静脉和头静脉在采血中穿刺方法的改进 刘锁涛 　　乌兰察布市中心血站献血服务科 内蒙古乌兰察布 012000 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨适合肥胖献血者贵要静脉和头静脉在采血中的穿刺方法。 方法：将102名无偿献血者随机分为实验组和观察组，实验组54人，观察组48人，分别采用按压血管刺入法和传统的三段式进针法进行静脉穿刺，比较两种静脉穿刺方法的进针速度、献血者的疼痛程度和一次穿刺成功率情况。结果：两种方法的进针速度比较，经t检验t=7.795，Plt;0.01差异有高度显著性意义；穿刺时的疼痛程度，经x2检验x2=8.09，Plt;0.05差别有显著性意义；一次穿刺成功率经x2检验x2=31.72，Plt;0.01差别有高度显著性意义。讨论：说明按压血管刺入法进针时间快，准确无误，可以减轻献血者的局部疼痛，优于传统的三段式进针法，在采血中达到了无痛、微创、快速、准确的质量标准，在无偿献血中值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】肥胖献血者；贵要静脉；头静脉；穿刺方法 　　Improvement of the Puncture Method on Basilic Veinsand Cephalic Veins of Obese Donors during the Blood Work 　　Abstract: The aim was the discussion about the puncture method suitable for basilic veins and cephalic veins of obese donors during the blood work. The method was that 102 Voluntary blood donors were randomly divided into experimental group and observation group, donors of the experimental group was 54, and the observation group was 48. The vascular compression of piercing method and the traditional three-step needling method were used respectively in venipuncture, and the needle insertion speed, pain degree of the blood donors and one time puncture success rate about the two puncture mathods were compared. The results were that compared needle insertion speed about the two methods, t - test showed that t = 7.795, P lt; 0.01, and the difference had a highly outstanding significence; compared pain degree, x2-test showed that x2=8.09，Plt;0.05, and the difference had a outstanding significence; compared one time puncture success rate, x2- test showed that x2=31.7，Plt;0.01, and the difference had a highly outstanding significence.The vascular compression of piercing method was showed to have quick needle insertion speed, be accurate, can reduce local pain of blood donors, and be superior to the traditional three-step needling method.
