精品论文 参考文献 胃镜结合CT检查对胃癌术前分期及手术治疗的临床指导意义 岳阳市一人民医院 湖南岳阳 414000 【摘 要】目的：研究胃镜结合CT检查对胃癌术前分期及手术治疗的临床指导意义。方法：选取我院诊治的63例胃癌患者，所有患者均于术前1周行胃镜与CT检查，确定其分期情况，并与术后病理分期进行对比。结果：胃镜结合CT检查对胃癌术前分期的诊断中，T分期总准确率为82.5%，N分期总准确率为77.6%，M分期总准确率为96.9%。行根治性手术39例，姑息性肿瘤及胃切除手术11例，化疗泵植术等其它手术9例，单纯剖腹探查手术4例，随访1年，生存率为85.7%（54/63），复发率为4.8%（3/63）。结论：胃镜结合CT检查对胃癌术前分期及手术治疗具有一定的临床指导意义，值得临床推广与应用。 【关键词】胃镜；CT检查；胃癌；术前分期；手术治疗 Clinical significance of gastroscopy and CT examination in preoperative staging and surgical treatment of gastric cancer Qing-Jun Zeng Yueyang Municipal People s Hospital Yueyang Hunan 414000 [Abstract] Objective： To study the clinical significance of gastroscopy combined with CT examination in preoperative staging and surgical treatment of gastric cancer.Methods： 63 cases of patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were selected.All patients were examined by gastroscopy and CT for 1 weeks before operation.The stages were determined and compared with the postoperative pathological staging.Results： the total accuracy of T staging was 82.5%，the total accuracy of N staging was 77.6%，the total accuracy rate of M staging was 96.9% and，the total accuracy of CT staging was in the preoperative staging of gastric cancer.Radical surgery 39 cases，palliative tumor and gastric resection was performed in 11 cases，chemotherapy pump plant operation and other operation in 9 cases，4 cases of simple laparotomy，patients were followed up for 1 year，survival rate was 85.7%（54/63）recurrence rate was 4.8%（3/63）.Conclusion： gastroscopy combined with CT examination in preoperative staging and surgical treatment of gastric cancer has a certain clinical significance，it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
