毕业设计（论文） 中文题目 基于语料库的《祝福》译者风格对比研究 外文题目 A Corpus-based Contrastive Study of the Translators Styles in the Two English Versions of “The New Years Sacrifice” 姓 名 颜阳天 学 号 专业班级 英语0706 所在学院 外国语学院 指导教师（职称） 刘育文（副教授） 二〇一二年五月二十日  基于语料库的《祝福》译者风格对比研究 【摘　要】　本文尝试通过最新的语料库技术对翻译文本进行对比，从易读性、词汇丰富性等多种翻译语言风格特征入手，提取鲁迅小说《祝福》的杨宪益伉俪的译本和威廉?莱尔译本的语言信息，辅之以数据统计和分析，对翻译文本的风格进行对比研究，为传统研究方法提供更为客观、科学的补充。在易读性方面，总体而言两篇译文易读性水平十分接近，但对不同读者两篇译文仍有差异：西方读者更易读懂莱尔的译文，而中国读者更易读懂杨宪益的译文。在词汇丰富性（包括词汇密度、词汇变化和词汇复杂度）方面，两位译者均达到了相当高超的词汇使用水准，但莱尔拥有较大的选词范围，而杨宪益对单个词有更丰富的使用变化。在被动语态和连词使用方面，两者差距不大。 【关键词】　语料库 翻译 风格 鲁迅 《祝福》 A Corpus-based Contrastive Study of the Translators Styles in the Two English Versions of “The New Years Sacrifice” 【Abstract】 This thesis tries to apply the latest corpus-based approach to a contrastive study of the two English translations of Lu Xun’s “The New Year’s Sacrifice”, which features abundant statistics and data analysis for stylistic and linguistic evidence from the two selected translations, with an aim to provide more objective and scientific findings complementary to conventional qualitative translation studies in the perspective of readability, lexical diversity and other features of translational languages. The readability of the two TTs are quite close; however it may vary to different readers, for example, it is easier for westerners to read Lyell’s translation and easier for Chinese to read the Yangs’ translation. By measuring the lexical diversity of the two translations in aspects of lexical density, lexical variation and lexical sophistication, Lyell and Yang enjoy almost the same excellent lexical proficiency in their respective translation, while the lexical stylistic contrast between two translators lies in the fact that Lyell has a larger word range than the Yangs, while the Yangs have a more flexible and diverse lexical variation.
