精品论文 参考文献 苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压病左室肥厚及胰岛素抵抗的影响 [1]江西景德镇市第二人民医院心内科 333000；[2]江西南昌大学第一附属医院心内科 330006 【摘要】目的 探讨原发性高血压患者经苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗后其血胰岛素抵抗及左室肥厚的变化。方法 对52例高血压病患者和48例健康对照组测定空腹及餐后2h血糖、胰岛素、C肽值，计算胰岛素敏感性指数，进行超声心动图检查。高血压病患者接受苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平降压治疗24wK后，复查上述指标并与用药前进行对比研究。结果 苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压病患者能显著降低血压，提高胰岛素敏感性指数，室间隔厚度、左心室后壁厚度、左室心肌重量及左室重量指数较治疗前显著改善（Plt;0.01）。结论 胰岛素抵抗可能是高血压病患者合并左室肥厚的诱发因素之一。苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平在降压的同时，具有改善其胰岛素抵抗和左心室肥厚的作用。 【关键词】高血压病；苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平；胰岛素抵抗；左室肥厚 Influence of Levamlodipine Besylate on Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Insulin Resistance in Patients with Hypertension LIU Mu-sheng [1]，FUXiao-tian[2]，GUO Zhi-bin[2]﹡（1．Department of Cardiology，the No 2 Pepolersquo;S Hospital of Jingdezhen，Jingdezhen 333000，China；2．Department of Cardiology，the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University，Nanchang 330006，China） Abstract： Objective To find changes of Levamlodipine Besylate on insulin resistsnce and left ventneular hypertrophy in the patients with essential hypertension（EH）。Methods The concentrations of fasting blood glucose，2-hour postprandial blood glucose，serurm insulin，and C peptide（C-P）were measured in 52 hypertensive patients and 48 control healthy subjects．Levamlodipine Besylate was used to treat hypertension for 24 weeks．Recheck above laboratory tests after treatment．The IAI of each group was ealculated and compared. Echocardiography was examined before and after 24 weeks of treatment. Result After 12 weeks treatrment of Levamlodipine Besylate blood pressurewas reduced significantly. IAI was increased. Interventricular septum thickness and left ventricular posterior wall thickness，Left ventricular mass and index of left ventricular mass were improved significantly（Plt;0.01???. Conclusion Blood pressure are decreased significantly，Insulin resistance and left ventricular hypertrophy are improved by the treatment of Levamlodipine Besylate in patients with essential hypertention.
