依据《中华人民共和国合同法》、《中华人民共和国建筑法》、《中华人民共和国安全法》及其他相关法律、法规和甲方工程标准及规定；遵循平等自愿交易与公平诚信经营的原则，甲、乙双方经友好协商，本着平等互利的原则，就乙方向甲方提供旋转门设备及安装工程事宜，达成以下协议：

承接项目：旋转门生产、安装及辅助工程
To undertake producing and installing the revolving door project.
二、价 格：到工地交钥匙价详见附件2价格一览表

三、甲方责任范围 buyer responsibility:
3.1甲方为乙方安装调试自动旋转门提供必要的技术数据及合理的安装时间。
Buyer provide seller the necessary technical data and a reasonable installation time for installing revolving door.
3.2符合乙方技术要求的地面及门周边的全部装饰装修工作。
Providing the technical requirements of the ground around the door and all the decoration work.
3.3甲方为乙方提供一个临时工作间，以便存放必要的设备材料及仪器工具。
Buyer provide seller a temporary work stations for the storage of equipment and materials and necessary equipment and tools.
3.4甲方负责提供乙方安装设备所需要的电力供应。
Buyer is responsible for providing power supply for installation of equipment.
四、乙方责任范围Seller responsibility:
4.1乙方负责提供合同第一条所涉及的全套设备。
