精品论文 参考文献 蒙脱石散联合小儿腹泻宁糖浆治疗小儿腹泻不同服药方法的疗效观察 安康市中医医院 725000 【摘 要】目的：研究蒙脱石散联合小儿腹泻宁糖浆治疗小儿腹泻不同服药方法的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2013年6月至2015年11月收治的腹泻患儿100例，根据服药方法不同分为实验组和对照组，两组患者均先进行抗生素治疗，实验组患儿采用先服用腹泻宁糖浆，再服用蒙脱石散，对照组患儿两种药物同时服用，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：实验组患儿的治疗总有效率为96%高于对照组患者的治疗总有效率72%，两组患儿比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：先服用小儿腹泻宁糖浆再服蒙脱石散比两种药物同时服用效果好，不仅减少了药物间的拮抗作用，提高了患儿的治愈率，值得信赖和推广。 【关键词】蒙脱石散；小儿腹泻宁糖浆；不同服药方法；临床疗效 Comparison of 100 cases of children with diarrhea in [Abstract] Objective：the research combined with montmorillonite powder in infantile diarrhea Ning syrup in the treatment of children with diarrhea of different medication of clinical curative effect.Methods：selected in our hospital in June 2013 to 2015 from November，according to the methods of taking different divided into experimental group and control group，two groups of patients were first to antibiotic treatment，patients in the experimental group used to take fuxiening syrup，re-use of montmorillonite powder，control group with two while taking the drug，treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results：in the treatment of patients in the experimental group，the total efficiency was 96% higher than in the control group，patients of treatment，the total efficiency of 72%，two groups of children Significant difference was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：to take infantile diarrhea Ning syrup and then served montmorillonite powder than the two drugs simultaneously take the effect to be good，not only reduced the antagonism between the drugs，improve the cure rate of children，worthy of trust and promotion.
