精品论文 参考文献 血液标本放置时长在血糖检验结果上的影响 仁寿县中医医院 四川仁寿 620500 摘要：目的：分析血液标本放置时长在血糖检验结果上的影响效果。方法：研究我院在2014年5月至2015年5月期间进行的糖尿病换血液检验情况，均采用空腹静脉血抽取，观察血液标本在5h内各时段内的血糖变化状况。结果：在标本放置在1和2h后，血液标本中的血糖情况变化不明显，在血液标本放置3、4、5h之后血糖浓度会有血糖水平的明显降低，两对时间对比，plt;0.05。结论：血液标本做血糖检查应该控制在2h内做检验，避免血液标本中血糖水平的变化，提升检验结果的准确性。 关键词：血糖检验；血液标本；放置时长 Abstract Objective：to analyze the effect of long time on blood glucose test results in blood samples.Methods：To study the blood samples of the patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2014， and to observe the changes of blood glucose in blood samples during 5h.Results：
