平心定悸汤治疗气阴两虚型快速性心律失常的临床研究Clinical Study of Pingxin Dingbi Decoction in Treating Tachyarrhythmia of Qi - Yin Deficiency Syndrome
提 要
目的：评价平心定悸汤的临床疗效。方法：本试验统计自2010.2～2010.12门诊，
符合纳入标准的气阴两虚型快速性心律失常患者60例，随机分为治疗组30例，对照
组 30 例，治疗组选用中药平心定悸汤，对照组选用西药普罗帕酮片，疗程均为 1 个
月。观察两组治疗后心律失常发作次数，中医症状，舌、脉等变化。结果：临床观察
显示，治疗1个月后，治疗组显效率24.00%，总有效率86.67%；对照组显效率23.33%,
总有效率 76.67%。两组无显著性差异（P0.05）；治疗组对 5 组症状积分比较治疗
前与治疗后有显著性差异（P0.01 ）；对照组对心悸、头晕、乏力等 3 组症状积分比
较治疗前与治疗后有显著性差异（P0.01）；对照组对胸闷、寐差等 2 组症状积分比
较治疗前与治疗后无显著性差异（P0.05 ）。结论：治疗组总疗效，与对照组无显著
差异。在改善症状和减少心律失常次数方面，治疗组有较大的优势。证明平心定悸汤
有确切的临床疗效。

Absrtact
Objective: Our research aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Pingxindingjitang by
comparing curative effect indexes between the treatment group and the control
group.Methods: Dividing the 60 patients into two groups stochastically (the control group
30 and the treatment group 30) applying drugs separately for 1 month are an observation
treating course. The control group uses propafenone 150mg q8h; The treatment group
applies the Pingxindingjitang. Observing TCM symptom tongue and pulse changes.
Results: In the total curative effect the control group obviously the efficiency is 23.33%,
the total effectiveness is 76.67%. the treatment group respectively is 24.00% and
86.67%.The two group has non-statistics differences (p0.05). The treatment group has
