This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY). /licenses/by/4.0/ Abstract On the engineering background about Chang Han ditch 3-1 coal seam 201 working face of shallow depth of burial and thin bedrock, by using KBJ-60 type III fully mechanized mining supporter pressure monitoring system, the paper monitors the change rule of mining supporter working re- sistance, determines the main roof weighting step on shallow depth of burial and thin bedrock coal condition and provides the evidence for the selection of supporter and safety mining of Chang Han ditch working face.
