广西木薯产业化发展模式分析.docVIP

摘 要 本文从木薯种植、加工及利用上分析了世界木薯产业发展状况及广西木薯产业化状况，通过对广西当地两家木薯加工企业参与下的木薯产业化模式及当地木薯种植户的木薯成本收益的典型调查，分析了当前广西木薯产业化主导模式的运行情况，即“公司+基地+农户”和“龙头企业+合作社+农户”两种。结果表明，木薯产业化发展稳定并提高了农户收入，木薯产业化的发展使木薯的经济附加值提高了5-8倍。在对木薯产业链联结的分析上，研究结果表明，“公司+基地+农户”模式使得产业链间形成良性循环，“龙头企业+合作社+农户”模式实行有助于解决利益联结机制问题，同时对木薯产业化进行集团化发展可以降低企业运行成本。然而，当前木薯产业化中存在木薯品种单一、农户与公司合作关系不稳定以及木薯加工企业规模小、深加工品匮乏等问题。综合分析之，在木薯产业化的发展中，本文认为目前广西木薯产业化发展应注重生产基地建设、农户与公司利益共同体的形成、产业化模式的完善以及木薯加工企业建设等问题。 关键词：广西 木薯产业化 “公司+基地+农户”模式 “龙头企业+合作社+农户”模式 Abstract This paper analyzed the planting, processing and utilizing of cassavas in order to point out the development of the cassavas industries of the world and the cassava industrialization of Guangxi. According to the typical investigation of the local processing industries of cassavas which realized its industrialization in “company + base +farmers” and “leading company + cooperative + farmers”, this paper analyzed the companies operation and the cost-benefit of the farmers. It demonstrated that the development of the cassava industrialization stabled and raised the income of the farmers; in addition, it also made the adding value increased 5-8 times. In the analysis of the mode of the cassava industrialization, this paper proved that the “company + base +farmers” made the linkage of the industry recycle in good condition, and the “leading company + cooperative + farmers” was good at the solution of the institution of the linkage between the company and the farmers. However, there are some problems, like the single species of the cassava, the unstapled cooperation between the company and the farmers and the development of the processing industries themselves in the development of the cassava industrialization. To conclude, this paper considered that in the future of the cassava industrialization development, more attentions should be focus in the construction of the base, the formation of the behalf linkage between the farmers and the company, the perfection of industrialization mode and the improvement
