毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 手机电极模型的数控 工艺分析与加工 学 院： 机电工程学院 专业班级： 机械工程及自动化 指导教师： 职称： 教 授 学生姓名： 学 号： 摘 要 MasterCAM软件以其强大的CAD/CAM功能在计算机辅助制造方面有着广泛的应用。手机也是我们日常生活中不可或缺的通讯工具。我们以手机电极模型的设计与加工为例，来探讨计算机辅助设计与加工软件在模具加工方面的优越性。 本文针对MasterCAM 软件在数控加工中应用的实际情况，结合手机电极模型的数控加工实例，阐述了在MasterCAM 环境下进行零件造型、刀轨生成、仿真加工、后处理程序、机床加工等数控加工的一整套加工过程。 手机电极模型的设计包括手机模型结构尺寸、三维建模。CAM加工方案包括机床类型选择、刀具路径模拟和加工参数设置；数控加工工艺包括加工方案的制定、毛坯材料的选择、夹具的设计、刀具卡、切削用量的计算等。在仿真加工中对比了粗加工和精加工的加工效果，同时该手机电极模型的设计与加工制造也能真正凸显出MasterCAM软件优异的建模和加工功能。 关键词：手机模型，电极，仿真加工，MasterCAMABSTRACT MasterCAM software with its powerful CAD / CAM capabilities in computer-aided manufacturing has a wide range of applications. Phone is an integral part of our daily life communication. Our model of mobile phone design and processing electrode, for example, to explore the computer-aided mold design and processing software in the processing advantages. In this paper, CNC MasterCAM software application in the actual situation, combined with the phone model of CNC machining electrode instance, describes the environment in MasterCAM under Part Modeling, Tool Path Generation, simulation processing, post-processing program, such as CNC machining of a entire process. Electrode design of the model include mobile phone model structure size, three- dimensional modeling. CAM machining program including the type of machine selection, tool path simulation and machining parameters; digital processing technology including processing of program development, rough material selection, fixture design, tool cards, cutting the amount of calculation. In the simulation process in contrast to the rough and finish machining results, while the mobile electrode design and manufacturing model can really highlight the outstanding MasterCAM software modeling and processing functions.
